Death of Sarath Gunasekara

COLOMBO :The death occurred on Monday of Sarath Gunasekara FCA, a leading export entrepreneur and chairman Kings Apparel (Pvt) Ltd.

Gunasekara was a senior member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a former General Manager of Ceylon Petroleum Corporation.

He was keenly involved in several social and religious organisations and was a pioneer member of the Nugegoda Lions and Sri Lanka-Japan Friendship Association. The funeral will take place at the Kohuwela cemetery today.
