CCI hosts seminar on procurement practices

SEMINAR: Chamber of Construction Industry Sri Lanka will host a seminar on "Procurement Practices in the Construction Industry" September 22, 2006 at Ceylon Continental Hotel.

This seminar is designed to assist the domestic construction consultants and constructors by enlightening them on new procurement guidelines introduced by the Government Lanka and also on "Harmonised Procurement Procedures of Multilateral Development Banks" (ADB, World Bank etc.)

Chairman National Procurement Agency Daya Liyanage will deliver the key note address. He will speak on "Salient Features of the New Procurement Guidelines and the Manual".

Competent resource personnel such as engineers Jayantha de Mel, H.D. Chandrasena, Chrisantha Siriwardena, Chitral Pandita, Saliya Kaluarachchi and Miriam Witana are billed to make presentations.
