a doctor soon became legendary. As a diagnostician he had few equals
- and his ‘healing hand’ has given rise to many a story. Those who
new him personally would concede that it was his genuine compassion
and concern, as much as his considerable knowledge of medicine,
which made him the successful medical man that he was.
