Adobe launched in Lanka

NEW SOFTWARE: Tech Distribution Lanka (Pvt) Limited is a value added software distribution company having branches in Sri Lanka and Brunei. Tech Distribution started its operations in Sri Lanka in 2003 and has been a Microsoft Distribution partner for Sri Lanka, Maldives and Brunei.

Their services include technical and marketing help, skills development, logistical and operational support. Further these support activities cover training programs using dedicated training facilities, pre staging infrastructure, co marketing, technical support and various other partner empowerment projects.

Adobe Systems Incorporated, the company behind Adobe software range, launched their Products in Sri Lanka.

The launch was held last week at the Water’s Edge.

Adobe is a US based computer software company headquartered in San Jose, California founded in December 1982 by John Warnock and Charles Geschke. In early 2006, Adobe Systems had about 5,200 employees, about 40% working in San Jose.

Adobe is most commonly known for their products, Adobe Acrobat reader, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and Adobe Acrobat Professional together provides creative solutions, enterprise and developer solutions to Mobile solutions.

Adobe products also provide the power to deliver documents that give business, creative and technical professionals and intelligent way to get the job done. Adobe Systems Incorporated is represented in Sri Lanka by Tech Distribution Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, who is also responsible for conducting the sales and marketing activities of Adobe Systems in Sri Lanka.
