All time record for tea

AUCTION: Andaradeniya Hills Tea factory achieved an All Time Record Price for the Low Grown PEK1 Grade at Tea auction held on 13 and 14.

This factory is owned by W. Jinadasa of Deniyaya, who is also the proprietor of six other Tea Factories.

He is the Sri Lanka's single largest Tea Producer out of the private sector proprietary Tea Factory owners, and has made a name for himself as a producer of high quality teas.
