Capital Reach Leasing securitises lease receivables

AGREEMENT: Chairman Capital Reach Leasing Mayura Fernando exchanging
the Trustee agreement with Head of Trust and Securities Services of
the Deutsche Bank Tyronne Hannan.

LEASING: Capital Reach Leasing Limited securitised its first batch of
lease receivables and raised Rs. 85Mn by the issuance of a securitised
paper structured by NDB Investment Bank, National Savings Bank and NDB
Bank invested in the paper.
The Chairman of CRLL Mayura Fernando said "The Company's equity
doubled over the last 9 months and with improved profitability and
excellent debt service ratios we're well positioned to borrow from the
market now, to fund the growth of the lease portfolio". |
