Buddhist Theosophical Society, 203, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 11.
Col. H.S. Olcott was the founder of the Colombo Buddhist Theosophical
Society. His contribution towards promoting Buddhism among Sri Lankans,
Indians and Japanese had far reaching consequences.
It is said that after Emperor Ashoka, it was Olcott who pioneered the
propagation of Buddhism on a worldwide scale.
The 94 page book deals with a number of topics such as "Olcott and
the Buddhist Revival, Controversy at Panadura, Theosophy, Divine
