Sri Lanka in Group 'E'

RUGBY: Sri Lanka have been drawn in group 'E' for the Hong
Kong seven a side international rugby tournament which gets under way
here at the Olympic Stadium in Causeway Bay on Friday.
The Sri Lanka team which arrived here today will battle it out along
with France, Australia and Korea in their group. They will meet France
in their opening fixture on Friday and will play against Australia and
Korea on the following day.
Sri Lanka are making their appearance at the Hong Kong sevens after a
lapse of four years. They made their presence felt at the recent Singer
SriLankan Airlines sevens tournament where they clinched the Plate
championship.
The teams:
Group 'A':Fiji, Kenya, Russia, Madagaskar.
Group 'B':England, Canada, USA, Hong Kong.
Group'C':South Africa, Wales, China, Portugal.
Group 'D': New Zealand, Scotland, Japan, Singapore.
Group 'E': France, Australia, Korea, Sri Lanka
Group 'F': Argentina, Samoa,Italy, Chinese Taipei
