Market up

COLOMBO: The market was up yesterday. The All Share Price Index rose by 3.29 points to 2232.98 points and the Milanka Price Index went up by 0.90 points to 2842.20 points.

The total equity turnover was Rs. 291.4 million for the day.

The net foreign inflows were Rs. 4.9 million with foreign purchases registering Rs. 54.5 million and foreign sales registering Rs. 49.6 million.

The total market capitalisation was Rs. 678.7 billion.
