CRICKET: Lassana Dias took a four wicket haul to help Tamil Union dismiss Police SC for 219 runs in their first innings on the opening day of their Premier League division one cricket tournament match played at Police Park yesterday.

POLICE SC: 219 (M. Kuruppu 58, R. Nirmal 24, N. Soysa 26, M. Sashmil 29, M. Jayawardena 34, N. Ranjith 3 for 67, R. Dias 2 for 59, L. Dias 4 for 33).
