Air Arabia's Colombo operation receives Award of Excellence
COLOMBO: Air Arabia's Colombo operation received an Award of
Excellence at the recently concluded 'Air Arabia Commercial Conference
2006', which was held at the Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, Falujah UAE.
This award was given in recognition of the distinct enhancement in
the areas of market mix, revenue management, customer service as well as
brand awareness and image displayed by Colombo" said Manager Sri Lanka
for Air Arabia, Mayank Dhingra.
Dhingra said they had identified certain focus areas based on
customer demand and had invested considerable energies in developing
their product accordingly.

the fact that this could not have been achieved without the support of
our valued customers and trade partners who have unstintedly supported
us".
