Lookout for peace process saboteurs

PRESIDENT Mahinda Rajapakse yesterday directed Commanders of the three Armed Forces and the IGP not to leave room for any form of misdeed that are likely to impede the meaningful and fruitful progress of the peace process.

This directive follows reports reaching Government sources that incidents of breach of peace have taken place when the Government led by the President is dedicated to re-start and push forward the peace process methodically, the Department of Information said in a release yesterday.
