Qathafi Plan for African Youth, Children and Women

THE Libyan Jamahiriya announced of an inauguration of a strategic plan to harness talents of African children and women into an organisation to enhance their living standard.

This strategic African Plan is called "Qathafi Plan for African Youth, Children and Women" and will also include the efforts of all international organisations to play their role in the "Qathafi strategic African Plan".

This plan envisages to establish Branches, Associations, Forums, Banks for credit facilities, Fund Educational Institutions, Training Centres for Youth, Children and women in the African continent.

It is proposed to deploy several teams of girls, propagandists and researchers in their African Plan of Muammar Al-Qathafi, the leader of the Al-Fateh Revolution of September 1, which will function this year.
