Evil elements sowing communal hatred - Vadivel

Certain evil elements were trying to portray an atmosphere of communal hostility against the Tamils in the South, especially the plantation people, in order to jeopardize the development work that is now been launched under the Mahinda Chintanaya, said Vadivel Suresh, Deputy Minister of Healthcare and Nutrition.
