Joseph Pararajasingham laid to rest

The remains of Batticaloa district Tamil National Alliance Parliamentarian Joseph Pararajasingam was laid to rest at the Alaiyadicholai General Cemetery in Batticaloa yesterday. Rev Josesh Mary conducted the funeral service.

Politicians Vasudeva Nanayakkara, Jayalath Jayawardena, Gamini Jayawickrema Perera and A.Vinayagamoorthy along with TNA Parliamentarians were taking participated in the funeral procession. Pararajasingam's wife Sugunam injured in last week's midnight mass appeared before her husband's remains from her hospital bed yesterday.

TNA supporters were among the gathering.
