Samsung launches campaign
Samsung, last week launched a campaign with men in black robes
statnding motionless at all entry points to the city carrying placards,
each one carrying a different message.
"The Truth is Finally Out", proclaimed the first one. Despite the
spellbinding impression of a doomsday cultish group, it turned out to be
a clever outdoor promotion for the electronics giant Samsung,
proclaiming its official status as the world's No. 1 electronics brand.
In the race for eye-catching branding activities, Samsung took
hundreds of thousands of people by surprise, effectively delivering the
communication.
The concept was executed for Samsung's local agent Singhagiri by its
new ad agency The 7th Frontier.
Samsung has been voted this year by the respected magazine Business
Week as the world's top electronics brand surpassing all other popular
brands.
Samsung has moved to No. 21 among the Global 100 companies according
to the findings of Interbrand, a top international research company,
making the electronics giant the No. 1 in electronics. |
