Aspic apartment project begins
 

THE first residential apartment project of Aspic Developments in Sri Lanka commenced construction work at Saranankara Road last week.

The Rs. 220 million project includes 28 fully furnished luxury two bed room apartments with swimming pool, gymnasium, and spa, on the roof top.

These apartments are designed for modern living and extra features include modern technology such as broadband cable TV access.

Chairman Aspic Corporation Deepthi Perera said that it is expected to complete the project within eight months. A few apartments have already been sold.

Aspic Developments (Pvt) Ltd, the development outfit of the Aspic Group is becoming one of the premier real estate development firms which seeks properties of the highest caliber that meet with consumer demand, and aims to create projects which set benchmarks in the market, Perera said.

It is a fully own subsidiary of Australian based company with proven track record of over five years in Cronin islands, Sovereign islands, Pacific Pines Estate and Ridgewood Estate in Australia.
