Commercial Bank and Dialog GSM launch 'Com-e-Load'

Commercial Bank tied up with Dialog Telekom, to offer Dialog pre-paid mobile phone users a new and convenient way to top up their phone balance.

The new facility, 'Com-e-Load', will allow customers of Commercial Bank who have a Dialog KIT connection to add credit to their mobile phones by sending a 'top-up' request message to an exclusive designated number.

Customer using the Com-e-Load service will have to enter a PIN number, provided by Commercial Bank, type 'RS', enter the amount the phone balance should be reloaded with and sent it to 8823.

Once the transaction has been completed, customers will receive a message stating that the phone balance has been successfully topped up.
