Mahinda Chintanaya will build new Sri Lanka - Action Committee of DA Rajapakse Foundation's Colombo Branch

The Action Committee of the D.A. Rajapakse Foundation's Colombo Branch in a congratulatory message to President Mahinda Rajapakse's on his victory at the recently concluded Presidential elections said, it hoped the President would be able to build a new Sri Lanka through his Mahinda Chintanaya programme.

President Rajapakse who is a son of late D.A. Rajapakse, dubbed the Lion of Ruhuna, had surmounted many a challenge he faced throughout but his political career spanning 37 years.

Wishing success for the march for peace launched by President Rajapakse, the message added that though the Mahinda Chintanaya, the President has a clear vision to steer the country towards accelerated development and bring prosperity to its people.

The message has also specially commended the President for setting up a policy feedback council for deciding annual targets in implementing different state policy, reviewing their progress, studying set backs and recommending the necessary solutions.
