Two PS members join UNP

Two Pradeshiya Sabha members, one from the SLFP and the other from the LSSP joined the UNP.

Ratgama LSSP organiser and Hikkaduwa Pradeshiya Sabha member Sasanka Jayasekera and Ayagama Pradeshiya Sabha member Dayaratne Ranaweera who joined the UNP commended the UNP leadership.

"We are of the view that only UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe has a clear vision to solve the ethnic crisis and therefore, we decided to extend our support to the UNP," they said.
