Ceylinco Homes awarded tender for Mahapola land

Ceylinco Homes International Ltd (CHI) recently secured another prime property in Attidiya, Dehiwela.

The land, a little over three acres owned by the Mahapola Higher Education Scholarship Trust Fund was tendered through the Ministry of Trade, Commerce and Consumer Affairs where Ceylinco Homes International Ltd successfully bid to secure the property.

Ceylinco Homes International Ltd, a member of Ceylinco Consolidated, incorporated in 1994 has been responsible for the development of many luxury properties in the last few years, in the likes of The Villa, another unique housing estate in the same vicinity, and has been the strength behind the success of Barnes Place Residencies, Hyde Park Residencies, and more recently Eden Gardens to name a few.

Preliminary planning is already under way for a luxury residential development on the new property.
