Techno 2005 in October at the BMICH

The Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL ) will hold " Techno 2005" Exhibition in October this year at Sirimavo Bandaranaike Exhibition Centre at BMICH. This will be the 20th of series of the premier engineering and technology exhibition in the country which gained its popularity as an excellent platform for industry players and business community to present their engineering and technological solutions and innovations to the benefit of the wider community, Manager Techno, Malcolm Perera said.

The exhibition will feature facets of advances in electrical and electronic engineering, telecommunications, mechanical, chemical, and civil engineering, agricultural, plantation computing and building services and the exhibitors are eagerly waiting to share their valuable knowledge, experience with their customers and other stakeholders and also to promote their products and services, he said.

Apart from the industrialists, stalls have been made available to all engineering faculties and research institutions as well to display advancement in engineering education and research and institutions to display advancement in engineering education and research and development activities in the country which will provide an additional strength to the event.

Techno 2005 will coincide with IESL centenary celebrations to be held in January 2006.
