Ven. Bopitiye Dhammissara Thera, appointed Deputy Sanganayake for Raigam Salpiti Korales

Ven. Sasthravedi Poojapada Bopitiye Dhammissara Nayaka Thera, the Chief Incumbent of Wadduwa Molligoda Degamboda Maha Viharaya and Samudrarama temple will be awarded the title of Deputy Sanganayake of Raigam and Salpiti Korales by Saumya Maha Nikaya of Malwatte Chapter.

The presentation of Akta Pathra to Ven. Bopitiye Dhammisara Nayaka Thera will be held at Malwatte Maha Viharaya in Kandy on September 10.

The 'Bopitiye Dhammissara Abihiwardana Committee' of Wadduwa Maha Viharaye will felicitate the Thera on September 11.

Sasthravedi Ven. Bopitiye Dhammisara Thera is the principal of Dharmapala Maha Vidyalaya, Wadduwa and Sivali Dhamma School of the temple.

He is an erudite scholar, a brilliant orator, an able exponent of Dhamma, a pioneering and enthusiastic worker in the field of culture.
