Golden Enclave Ascon Residencies open on July 7

The Rs. 2 billion Golden Enclave Ascon Residencies in Dematagoda, one
of the largest apartment complexes in Sri Lanka will open on July 7.

The 13-floor complex with 160 apartments, shopping and office
complexes is sold out according to Managing Director Horizon Real
Estate, and Property Developers (Pvt.) Ltd, Saliya Jayasuriya. He said
that the Golden Enclave Ascon Residencies, was catering to a
professional clientele. "Professionals are looking out for housing and
most of the apartments available are out of reach for professionals.
This is why Golden Enclave Ascon Residencies was launched," he said.

Ltd, M. S. Hameed said that the investment for the complex is Rs. two
billion and the financing was from Ascon Dubai and ETA Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd.
Golden Enclave Ascon, has parking facilities for 140 vehicles
swimming pool, gymnasium and the first floor would be office complexes
and shopping malls.
"The glass pyramid in the complex is an unique architecture of this
complex," he said. The architects for the project were N. M. Saleem of
India and Jayampathy Herath while the constructors were Tudawe Brothers.
The three-acre land for the complex was obtained from the Urban
Development Authority on a long lease.
"As a part of our social responsibility we have constructed 116, two
bed room houses for low income families adjoining the complex," he said.
"Our parent company in United Arab Emirates, Ascon, is very happy
with the response and we would be now embarking on two projects in
Colombo soon," he said.
Ascon Dubai established in 1975, a US $ two billion turnover company
is in to construction, trading, shipping, fashion wear and the
automobile industry.
Minister of Urban Development and Water Supply Dinesh Gunawardane
will be the chief guest at the opening ceremony. |
