constitution applies, every state belongs to one of two great classes -
unitary or federal. However this classic model introduced by the
political scientist Dicey and his contemporaries is now lacking the
capability in providing a comprehensive analysis on modern
constitutions.

Mercantilism strikes back
REGARDLESS of agitation, the lopsided world trade
balance continues that way despite the clarion call to put an end to
such injustice. The zero-sum game that it is, its irony remains in the
fact that the call for greater egalitarianism itself emanates from
quarters reputed to upholding such status quo. Tariffs and non-tariff
barriers were the conventional and customary measures resorted to in
continuing international trade inequality - openly flouting ethical
considerations.
