David Pieris "Nature IV" cager and shuttle tourney

The David Pieris Motor Co. will organize and conduct its fourth consecutive annual 'Nature IV' all-island invitation mens and womens basketball and badminton championships 2005, which start on Saturday June 4, at the DPMC Madapatha Sports Complex Piliyandala.

DPMC firmly believes that through the promotion of sport, you could build a good set of employees, whilst at the same time assist in the development of Basketball and Badminton, giving as well the much needed exposure to players.

The company (DPMC) is also committed to the cause of creating an awareness in the improvement of the environment.

And it's to emphasise this consciousness concerning environment that these annual events are referred to as nature tournaments held for nature cups and trophies.

These details and information related to the two tournaments, were revealed to the media by the Executive Director, DPMC, Neil Perera and Sports Co-ordinator Tyronne Perera.

There will be six teams taking part in the badminton tournament, nine mens and six womens teams for the basketball tournaments.
