Sea Tiger surrenders

A 22-year-old Sea Tiger had surrendered to the Omanthai Army camp yesterday, military sources said.

According to sources, the LTTE cadre identified as Ramachandra Shanthakumar was said to be resident of Murukkan, Mannar and had worked for LTTE since 2004.

The LTTE cadre who surrendered to the Omanthai Army camp around 2.00pm was handed over to Vavuniya Police for further investigations.
