Opposition and UNP Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe's remarks at a public
meeting charging the Government and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse
of leaving for the Bandung Summit in Indonesia in the absence of
President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, without having made
any responsible Ministerial arrangements to conduct Governmental
affairs came under severe criticism by two senior Ministers of the
UPFA Government.
