ADEP members to visit tsunami hit families

THE Association of Disabled Ex-Service Personnel (ADEP) will visit families of their membership who had suffered from the tsunami.

According to Association sources over 400 families have been affected by the disaster and they include families of deceased ex-service personnel and those categorised as missing in action and the disabled ex-service personnel and their families.

The Association in its effort to provide relief to these families who had lost their loved ones, their livelihoods, received injuries and lost their houses as a result of the disaster, ADEP members will call on the respective Divisional Secretariats.

April 23 from to 8.00 a.m. to 12 noon: Ambalangoda, Hikkaduwa and Habaraduwa. From 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.: Matara, Weligama, Dewundara and Dikwella.

April 24 from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.: Hambantota, Tangalla, Ambalantota and Tissamaharamaya.
