NTB's private banking clients given medical advice

Nations Trust Bank decided to give their Private Banking clients something novel in the way of customer benefits when they hosted them to a medical seminar on 'General Health' at the Apollo Hospital on the 30th of March 2005.

NTB CEO, Zulfiqar Zavahir said that the objective of the evening was to further strengthen and provide a value added service to their customer base vis a vis Customer Relationship Management.

The seminar commenced with a screening on general health by the in house doctors and physicians of Apollo Hospital, followed by Dr Niroshini Yahampath who spoke on diabetes, Dr Radhakrishnan who dealt with the problem of Gastritis and Dr Bali spoke on yet another ailment which affects the corporate sector namely cardiac disease.

"We were very pleased with the outcome of this event as NTB constantly strives to provide clients with value added services whilst endeavoring to improve our Customer Relationships" CEO Zavahir said.

They would continue to organise such events in the future.
