Blood donation campaign held

A blood donation campaign was organised by the Police Families Seva Vanitha Unit on a request by the Colombo National Hospital Blood Bank officials in Colombo recently.

Police Families Seva Vanitha Unit President Nandani Fernando paid tribute to all Police personnel who donated blood to the Blood Bank.

The Blood Bank officials thanking the Police Families Seva Vanitha Unit for organising the blood donation campaign said that donating blood is a very generous gesture of the Police personnel. Senior members of the Police Families Seva Vanitha Unit including Ranjani Liyanage, Shiranee Hewage and Cryshanthi Lewke participated at the donation campaign.
