Buddhist education centre for handicapped children

The Chief Incumbent of Pushpawardanaramaya, Kirulapone Ven. Elkaduwe Nagitha Thera has made arrangements to open a special education centre for the physically and mentally handicapped children at Sugathawansa Buddhist Education Centre, Nawala.

The children will be admitted to the centre without any differences of race, religion or civil status.

Applications are invited from handicapped children to be received by Chief Incumbent Ven. Elkaduwe Nagitha Thera, Pushpawardanaramaya, Kirulapone Road, Colombo 5 on or before April 25. The education centre will be conducted by a veteran resources person in special education.

She is Mrs. Buddha Thejani Illeperuma.
