Dell introduces PowerEdge servers by Irangika Range Dell International has integrated the latest technologies and standards across its line of PowerEdge servers at the best value through its local partner Softlogic (Pvt) Ltd. The dual-processor PowerEdge 1800, 1850, 2800, 2850 servers and Open Manage 4 systems management software are the foundation of Dell's vision for the scalable enterprise, providing customers with powerful avenues for consolidation, databases, enterprise applications and high-performance computing. Dell Marketing Director for South Asia, Emmanuel Mouquet said that these servers feature Intel Xeon processors with Extended Memory 64-bit Technology(EM64T) and will deliver better performance for 32-bit applications that are standard in customers' IT operations today, as well as 64-bit applications that will require more memory. " The new standards in PowerEdge servers and Dell Open Manage Systems Management software make them easier to update and fix from remote locations, common systems design and tools in the next generation servers give customers unprecedented stability and consistency across Dell platforms," Mouquet said. CEO and Director of Softlogic Trading (Pvt) Ltd, Roshan Rasool said that these PowerEdge servers incorporate technologies that improve performance and capacity for core business and high-performance applications.
