Murugpillai Jeyarajah, father of the miracle baby tsunami survivor, reads the Daily News report on its front page he was confirmed as the father of the baby after DNA tests, in Kalmunai, yesterday. The family is to be formally reunited today in open court in Kalmunai which was devastated by the December 26 tsunami. Judge M.P. SC quashes Bogollagama expulsion

The Supreme Court yesterday invalidated the expulsion of National Enterprises and Advance Technology Minister Rohitha Bogollagama from the United National Party holding that the UNP inter alia had violated the principle of natural justice by failure to afford the petitioner his right to be heard in the case against him.
