Canagaretna and the late Mrs Florence Canagaretna, beloved sister of Mildred, Lily, Beatrice, Silvereen and Rita, sister-in-law of the late James Yorke, the late Fred Canagasabey, the late Anantham Thampoe, Alfred Brodie and Jeyarajah Canagasabey. Passed away into the Nearer Presence of God. Cortege leaves "Loretto", No. 3, Mudaliyar Street, Batticaloa on Saturday the 12th of February 2005 at 3.30 p.m. after house prayers for interment at Alaiyadichcholai General Cemetery, Batticaloa (The remains will be at Vincent Girls' High School from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on the 11th).
