REV. FR. BENEDICT JAYATILLAKE passed away peacefully. His mortal remains lie at the Church of  Our Lady of Immaculate Conception, Yattowita (off Hanwella) for Requiem Mass on today 24th January at 3.00 p.m. followed by interment. Archbishop's House, Borella.

Felicia Malkanthi Perera,  (Management student of the Open University Nawala), the sister of late Dr. W. Edward Fernando, expired. Cortege leaves the Funeral Parlour W.S. Fernando and Son No. 134, Chilaw Road, Negombo at 12 noon for residence at 120, Seththappaduwa, Pamunugama. Burial at Catholic Cemetery Kepungoda at 4.00 p.m. on 24th January.
