The  Average Weighted Prime Lending Rates (AWPLR) & the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended 07th January, 2005 by all commercial banks were 10.14 percent and 08.60 per cent respectively.
The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of Commercial banks for the month of December, 2004 was 05.31 percent.
