Increases Options for customers linking Asia and the Black Sea Hong Kong, October 29th, 2004, Norasia, a member of the CSAV Group, announced the launch of its new ABS service in partnership with Hapag-Lloyd. This new service will link ports in Asia to the Black sea and East Mediterranean and will provide a round trip to key ports in response to customer's needs. The service is expected to commence on November 26, and will deploy seven ships of around 3,000 TEUs capacity and speed of 22 knots. Norasia will provide six ships. Port rotation is Shanghai/ Ningbo/Keelung/Chiwan/ Port Klang/Damietta/Constantza/ Istanbul/Damitta/Colombo/Port Klang/Shanghai. The Black Sea area has long been an important region for trade and is one of the fastest growing regions of the world today, making it a key part of Norasia's future strategy.
