Bush wins US election as Kerry concedes WASHINGTON, Wednesday (Reuters) US President George W. Bush won a
second four-year term in the White House Wednesday, with Democratic
challenger Senator John Kerry conceding the election after a nail-biting,
night-long delay that focused on the key state of Ohio. Still no contact with Dinesh's abductors by Manjula Fernando The Foreign Ministry confirmed yesterday that the latest Asian abducted
by the Iraqi militants was a Nepali, not a Sri Lankan as suspected
