Kashmiri separatists want to visit Pakistan before talks with India

SRINAGAR, India, Sunday (AFP)

Kashmiri separatists want to visit Pakistan before holding the third round of peace talks with New Delhi, their leader said overnight. "Before holding third round of talks with India we should be allowed to go to Pakistan for talks there," Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, the head of moderate faction of Indian Kashmir's main separatist alliance - the All Parties Hurriyat Conference - told the state-owned television Doordarshan overnight.
