Siedles expands Sony products, services to meet growing local demand Sony Corporation has introduced a breakthrough technology innovation, a DVD recorder and a player that has the capacity to record programs telecast on television. This product which was introduced to the world recently is now available in Sri Lanka through the Sony authorised distributor Siedels (Pvt) Ltd. According to Managing Director, Siedles, Nimesh Udeshi this product is very user friendly and would be very much in demand. "The company has taken another step further by expanding business into digital imaging," he said. He said that the company has been in service for over 40 years and saw a growing market for these products. Their expansion into the digital lifestyle market seeks to meet consumers' demand, which has been growing in recent years. "We are happy to work with a partner like Sony in distributing their innovative products, and consumers will be pleased with the range and quality of Sony products that will be marketed and sold in our retail stores."
