to do so, a Sinhalese friend of mine stated that his children find it
difficult to even imagine that the Sinhalese could ever live in Jaffna
peacefully with the Tamils. I lived in Jaffna from 1961 November to 1964
November. Those were the most treasured years of my life and I have
