German PR Manager at Cameron P&M

Twenty five year old Ulrike Haug from Stuttgart in Germany has joined CameronPale&Medina from August 1 as Public Relations Manager. Ulrike is a Graduate in business communications from the University of Applied Sciences (FHTW) in Berlin.

This degree a combination of the main fields of business administration, communication studies and social sciences is aimed at developing "communication managers". Head hunted by Ananda Rajapakse, Chief Executive Officer of CameronPale&Medina, Ulrike brings into Cameron valuable work experience and expertise from Europe.

She started work as a trainee at a small German public relations and advertising agency Tobias Schmutz, then as in-house bulletin editor in the PR department of Hawlett Packard in Germany and thereafter at the Identity and Brand Consultancy firm Henrion Ludlow Schmidt in Hamburg, which is the city with the second largest sea port in Europe.

Ulrike is part of an exchange program with the world's largest graduate student organisation AIESEC, that matches young Graduates with companies abroad.

In her spare time she dedicates a large amount of time to volunteer work for the international exchange organisation "Youth For Understanding" and works for the "German Award for Business Communications", an annual award given to companies in Germany for outstanding business communications. She had lived in the U.S. for one year as an exchange student and this is Ulrike's second longer stay abroad.
