Noting that dialogue with the rebels is the main objective of the coalition government, he said that before initiating formal dialogue there was a need to create an atmosphere of trust through holding informal chit-chats. "But, as per my information, no formal talk has yet begun," he said, adding the government will welcome whoever makes efforts to initiate dialogue with the Maoists. Meanwhile, another senior minister has said the present government is in no mood to announce a unilateral cease-fire to begin peace talks with the Maoists. -Meanwhile At least 24 people were wounded in a bomb blast in nepal's western city of Nepalgunj, The Kathmandu Post newspaper reported Thursday.
