Mangala's US visit boosts image of Sri Lanka

 Mangala Samaraweera, Minister of Ports, Aviation and Media and Abraham Spencer, United States Energy Secretary signed the MOU on Cooperation to Prevent Illicit Trafficking in Nuclear and Other Radioactive Material on behalf of their respective Governments.
