German Foreign Minister here on July17 Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Chancellor of Germany Joschka Fischer will arrive in Srl Lanka on July 17 on a two-day visit. The Minister will be accompanied by a delegation of senior officials, Parliamentarians and businessmen. The German Foreign Minister's visit is part of a ten-day tour to India, China, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan. The visiting Minister will pay courtesy calls on the President and the Prime Minister and meet with Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar with whom he will hold bilateral talks. He will also meet the Leader of the Opposition during the visit. |
