eServices Lanka launch electronic CUSDECS A three month marketing campaign aimed at promoting electronic submission and processing of Import CUSDECs was commenced on June 21. An intensive promotional exercise attract more users on this electronic clearing process will be the first step towards transforming the traditional import and export procedure for a more advanced and modern ecommerce technology. This project will leverage Sri Lanka as an advanced logistics hub in Asia. Under this promotion, all active subscribers will receive a special monthly volume-based rebate depending on the number of processed CUSDECs through eServices Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. According to eServices sources, higher volumes in the electronic submission of CUSDECS will be a positive stepping stone towards achieving greater streamlining of the end-to-end process involved in electronic document processing and smoothen the flow towards final delivery of goods. |
