The first public meeting of the United People's Freedom Alliance (UPFA) for the July 10 Provincial Council elections will be held today at 2 p.m. at the public playground in Anuradhapura. Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse will be the main speaker.

Several Ministers, MPs and Provincial Council candidates will also address the rally.
