The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka has won the prestigious Sasakawa Health Award for the year 2004.

The award will be presented today to Major Shirley Silva, President of Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka at the 57th World Health Assembly of the World Health Organisation (WHO), at the palais des Nations, Geneva.
