16 teams vie for honours at Golden Key Rugby Sevens

16 teams will take part in the Golden Key Privilege Card Kings Rugby Sevens which will be worked off at the Bogambara Stadium, Kandy on April 23 and 24, 2004.

The 16 teams have been divided into four groups. Kingswood, St. Joseph's, D. S. Senanayake and St. Peter's have been drawn into Group 'A' while Vidyartha, Zahira, Carey and Ananda are in Group 'B'. St. Anthony's Sri Rahula, Science and Thurstan have been drawn into Group 'C' while Group 'D' comprises Dharmaraja, St. Sylvester's, Nalanda and Wesley.

The league matches will be worked off on the first day. The first two teams in each group will play in the cup championship the third placed team in the plate championship and the fourth placed team in the Bowl Championship.
